The new, state of the art, off-site, wood framed production facility will break ground in just a few months in Windsor, Connecticut. The construction of this new plant represents significant achievements in sustainability, passive design and construction.

Blueprint manufactures best-in-class wood framed components and the company is known for their leadership in building science and sustainable construction solutions. Using mass timber construction, the company is pursuing Passive House building science and certification as the most efficient and cost-effective approach to zero energy.
