Experience a Passive House Without Leaving Home

if you haven't experienced a Passive House, you should. Hearing about the benefits and experiencing them makes a world of difference. Each year, around the world, many owners of certified Passive House projects open their doors to raving fans and budding fans alike to tour their buildings and at least see what thermal comfort, air quality and acoustical benefits look like in action.

Since time and proximity can be challenging, we have a great alternative to a hands-on tour. We created a 3D virtual tour of a certified Passive House in Honeoye Falls, NY (near Rochester). The house was built in 2016 and is the home of our Director of Building Sciences, Matt Bowers and his family.
