AMBITIOUS Uptown Development is a Beacon says Passive House Magazine

Bridging the Gap's newest development, Fifth & Dinwiddie, straddles two sides of a street in the Uptown section of Pittsburgh, PA and will offer market rate and affordable housing along with 10,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor on the west side of the street. The east side of the street is home to an existing building that will be renovated and expanded to create another 40,000 square feet of commercial space. Both buildings are targeting Passive House certification, RESET Air certification and Fitwel certification.
