When a building says it performs, can it prove it? What RESET Actually Requires — And Why That Matters


Most building certification programs are design standards. They evaluate what a building was intended to do. RESET is fundamentally different. It created, "the world's first sensor-based and performance-driven building standard."

For a typical office for the month of June 2026, the CO₂ measured 445 ppm — rated Excellent, and well below the RESET High Performance threshold of <600 ppm.  In that same office, Particulate Matter 2.5 (PM2.5) measured 1.1 µg/m³ — a fraction of the minimum performance threshold of <12 µg/m³.
